Is there a free trial?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer a free trial at this time. However, you are free to cancel at any time if you don’t like it.

Choose between a single-user or a multi-user membership. Choose your recurring option: monthly, semi-annual, or annual.

Commitment doesn’t have to be scary – which is why we allow our members to cancel anytime. We’re ready to partner with you to make you stand out in a sea of competitors.
3. Gain Access
You’re in! Get logged in and start exploring hundreds of your new templates, images, and captions.
4. Start Killing it Online
Your marketing database is ready to use instantly. Start customizing your digital resources, getting your branding in check, and generating new leads!
What if someone in my market is also a member?
Dr. Suess answers this question best: ‘Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.’
All of our content is fully customizable and we encourage you to make it your own. In Canva, you can drop your own photos into the background, change the wording, change the colors, etc.
Keep in mind that your potential clients and ideal customers do not follow all of the real estate agents that you do.

Do you offer packages for teams?
The cost for multiple users depends on how many agents will need access to the material.
One main account leader will sign up and create the master account where the billing information will be held. Then, the agents will be able to create a free account underneath the main account and login with their own information.
Please see our group pricing below, and contact us directly to set up your account (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Can I use the content for more than one account?
Each subscription is an individual account for one (1) sole member. You will need to purchase a Multi-License Subscription if you’re planning to use our content for more than one person.
You can sign up with these options by going to coffeecontracts.com/join and sliding the switch over to “Multi-User License”
You will then be able to sign up as the main account owner that will be billed, and then the users will be able to create free accounts under the main account.
How often and when do you release new content?
Content Calendar: One week before a new month begins (on the first business day).
Quarterly Branding Photo Guide: On the 15th of the month before the new quarter. (for Quarter 1, this is released December 15th)
Everything else: Added on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We hate to see you go but you can cancel easily. You will have access to your account for the remainder of your membership period, and it will expire on your re-bill date.
You can always find the “Cancel Membership” page at the bottom footer of the website.
Will this work for other countries like the UK, Canada, Australia?
While our content is created around US Holidays and curated for US-based residential real estate agents, it is often used by members in other countries as well. Everything we create is completely customizable in Canva, so you will still get some great value out of the designs, images, and ideas we produce. (Plus not as many people in your area use our service – so that’s a great plus!)
Will this content work for another industry like lenders, title, insurance, or commercial?
While our content is created mostly for residential real estate agents, it is often used by members in other industries as well. Everything we create is completely customizable in Canva, so you will still get some great value out of the designs, images, and ideas we produce. (Plus not as many people in your industry use our service – so that’s a great plus!)
Is there an automated scheduler and automated posting service included?
We do not have an automated scheduler or posting service included in the C&C membership. We have instructions for how to schedule your social media posts through Facebook Creator Studio. This a free service, already linked to your Instagram and Facebook accounts. Another bonus of using Creator Studio is that you will not need to allow a third-party scheduler app to access your accounts.
The only option we offer for scheduling on your behalf is through hiring a social media manager. More information on this can be found here.
If we cancel, do we have to take down any posts or just lose access to future content?
You do not have to take down any posts, you just lose access to future content.
Someone I know is paying less than me, because they signed up before me
When we launched Coffee & Contracts in 2019, we had a minimal amount of content and our prices were $19/month. As we continued to grow and add content, our prices went up to $34/month in 2020, and anyone who was at $19/month was grandfathered in.
In 2021, our membership is bursting at the seams with valuable content, and the Facebook Group was becoming such an exclusive and valuable place for our members, so our prices went up to $54/month.
We honor the rate that our “founding” members signed up at. If they cancel, they’ll have to sign up again at the going rate.
Unfortunately, we do not offer our founding member rates to anyone who did not sign up during that time period.
Is there a difference in content between the single agent and the multi/ brokerage packages?
There is not a difference in content between the two. The single agent is just one license to use the content. The multi-user and brokerage packages allow one team leader to sign up and pay, and they will be able to send free sign up links to the agents they would like to add on to their account.
